A few things you may want to check before joining
How does crypto lending work?
Bitfinex and other crypto exchanges run a “margin funding market.” You lend funds such as USD or USDT into this market, and borrowers who need capital for leveraged trading use it and pay interest by the day. ReinvestYae automatically places your funds into this market and adjusts offer rates to follow market rates. Matching, lending, and interest collection are all handled by the Bitfinex platform. We do not hold your funds or take part in matching.
Is this legal?
ReinvestYae is an automated order tool. It works inside your own Bitfinex account through an API key that you approve yourself, limited to “read + place offers.” We do not hold funds on your behalf, and we do not offer financial services or account management. Crypto regulations differ from country to country, so we recommend checking the rules in your region.
Are there tutorials?
Yes. We have complete illustrated tutorial pages that walk you through the setup step by step: opening a foreign-currency account at a bank, converting your local currency to USD and sending it to a crypto exchange to buy USDT, signing up and completing identity verification on Bitfinex, transferring USDT into your Bitfinex account, and finally linking ReinvestYae to finish setup. Every step is explained so you can follow along.
Do I need to report lending income on my taxes?
Yes. Income from lending is considered your personal income. How to report it depends on the rules in your region, so we recommend consulting a local accountant or tax advisor. We offer monthly statement / earnings report downloads (PRO / VIP) to help you keep records.
Is interest guaranteed?

What happens if borrowers lose money trading crypto?
Every loan on Bitfinex is backed by a margin mechanism. Borrowers must first hold enough margin (their own assets) before they can use your funds for leveraged trading. If a borrower’s losses approach the margin limit, Bitfinex automatically liquidates the position and repays the lender’s principal and interest first. This risk control is built into the Bitfinex platform itself, with no extra involvement from ReinvestYae. However, no financial market can be 100% risk-free in extreme conditions, so please assess this before deciding how much to lend.
Can the bot make wrong decisions and cause losses?
The bot is an automation tool that assists with placing offers and monitoring rates. It is not an investment advisor that guarantees profit. The crypto market carries volatility risk, and actual rates move with the market, so please assess the risk yourself before deciding how much to lend.
What are the limits of the free plan? Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
The FREE plan is free forever, with a lending limit of $1,500 and a lighter feature set. You can upgrade to PRO / VIP at any time. If you don’t renew when your annual plan ends, the system automatically moves you back to FREE. We never lock your account or delete your data and records.
What is multi-account management?
The VIP plan can link 3 additional accounts and the Custom plan can link 6 additional accounts (not counting your own). Members link accounts themselves on the dashboard, and you can also use this to link accounts of family and friends. Each account uses its own API key and lends and bills independently. Multi-account management simply lets you sign in once and switch between accounts to view them, and funds and records are never mixed. Note: switching to a linked account is the same as signing in as that account. You can change settings, enable or disable the bot, and adjust lending parameters, so you share full control, not just read-only access. Please keep this in mind before linking accounts of family or friends.
Can I revoke access at any time?
Yes. You can log in to your Bitfinex account at any time and revoke the API access, and ReinvestYae’s access to your account ends immediately. Your funds stay in your own account the whole time, and we never handle or hold your assets.
Can I withdraw my money anytime?
Yes. Your funds stay in your own account on Bitfinex or another crypto exchange the whole time. ReinvestYae has no withdrawal access, and nothing in our system can stop you from withdrawing. Funds in open offers (not yet matched) can be cancelled and withdrawn at any time on Bitfinex. Funds that have already been lent out become available once the agreed term ends and the money returns to your account.
Can I get a reward for sharing with friends?
Yes. After you join, the system automatically generates your own referral link. Once a friend signs up through your link and starts a paid plan, you both get an exclusive reward. There is no limit on sharing and no expiry, and discounts can be stacked.
